Yes, I will post some questions in CBC ML later on. It seems that the generated FreeMPS and MPS could not be solved as well in GLPK/Mathrog CLI (i.e. glpsol). However, nothing wrong with GLPK/MathProg generated FreeMPS and MPS MIP models. I check the other MIP models in example (e.g. bpp.mod) glpsol --math bpp.mod --wfreemps bpp_fmps.mps And this glpsol --freemps bpp_fmps.mps Got the expected results. However, this problem (below).
