I tried the Windows version of Lilypond 1.2.0 yesterday and
found the same problem as Jonas, namely that feta13.mf and
feta11.mf failed to compile some of the accordion symbols.
I supply a log file below. This happens with MikTeX but the
same .mf files work fine in Linux. I leave it to others to
ponder about the differences between the Metafont implemen-
tations in MikTeX and teTeX and will send Jonas some ready-
made tfm and pk files for the specific font.
The larger sizes of the feta font work fine in both environ-
ments.
