I managed to solve the font size problem thanks to Mats Bengtsson, by copying
feta13.tfm and feta11.tfm in the share\lilypond\tfm directory to
localtexmf\fonts\tfm\public\lilypond\.
Another problem has emerged, though. I am trying to create an orchestral score which
will contain about 20 voices distributed on 15-16 staffs. I've added the parts one at
a time, but when I get to about 9 staffs (12 voices), I get:

(I'm still running v 1.2.0 under Windows. If this is something that has been fixed in
later releases, I _will_ give Linux a try :)
