I am new to Lilypond, so pointers to documentation I missed are welcome.
I have loaded deutsch.ly so I can use the "h" instead of "b" as common
in Germany. But if I use "h" in the chord context (to get tjose letters
over the scores), I still get "B", not "H". How can I change this.
I want to include Lilypond things in a LaTeX document. The documentation
states that I should look in Documnetation/tex, but there is no such
directory. The only thing I found is mudela-book.ps which states that it
is outdated. Is there any other documentation I should/could read.
