Hmm, I don't even have this file in my distribution (SuSE 6.4). What is
the name of the file where the chord names (or the letters printed for the
guitar (?) chords) are defined?

This works ok, but I have to hardcode the margins in the ly files which is
not too convenient. Ok, I can also use some \write statement in the LaTeX
file and then read this information into the ly file with an \include
statement, but maybe there is an easier way.
