nib2gmodel

Is it possible to compile nib2gmodel and use it under GNUstep ?
I just installed the latest version of GNUstep (0.6.5) but could not  
compile it. I tweaked a GNUmakefile.local and it compiled, but I  
could not find any executable.
I have also tried to compile it under MacOS X DP2, without success.

My goal here is to port some projects of mine to GNUstep, but I  
really need NIB files...
