You can't use nib2gmodel under GNUstep. NIB files have a proprietary
format that Apple has never released, so you have to run it under
OPENSTEP/MacOSX.
If you have troubles compiling under MacOSX, please try to get the
latest snapshot from ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/gnustep/snap
And let us know of any problems. We hope to release a new version in a
week or so that I hope supports MacOSX.
