Yes and no. It exists but isn't used by Gorm, as reported by ldd(1)
:0> ldd /Applications/Gorm.app/Gorm
/Applications/Gorm.app/Gorm:
[...]
libgnustep-gui.so.0.10 => /Library/Libraries/libgnustep-gui.so.0.10
libgnustep-base.so.1.12 => /Library/Libraries/libgnustep-base.so.1.12
[...]
So you might want to try that as well to figure out where the
dependency to base-1.11 is coming from.
