Well, this is getting off-topic so this will be my last reply to the list. You are trying to compile a file that is part of collection of source files. The tool wasora is supposed to be compiled with automake & friends.
The error you get indicates that the compiler is not able to find a certain header that is needed to generate the object file. Please try the instructions on the README (i.e. using the get.sh script) first.
