Sure ! Proceed to install guix itself [0], then just

    guix install emacs [emacs-org-roam, etc.]

Consider that currently, guix’s master branch provides emacs 29.4 and
emacs-next (with lucid, etc. variants).

Emacs 30.1 is available in the emacs-team branch, and will probably land
into master in a couple of weeks or so.
