Maybe have a look through this list of personal configs
https://github.com/franzos/awesome-guix?tab=readme-ov-file#config-examples
Not sure this is up-to-date

The system-crafters forum might also be a good resource
https://forum.systemcrafters.net

Another vote for the system-crafters forum. David also has some very informative videos where he goes through the process of refactoring his configuration. I was in the same place you are now when starting with Guix a few years back, and found many different examples of configurations around the web. Unfortunately (for me!), to really understand what was going on required a good understanding of scheme, as well as the guix environment. After a while, I gave up, then when I came back to it recently, I used the system-crafters forum and videos to set my current configuration up on a Lenovo X270 laptop. I am now working through the configuration from Josep Bigorra here: https://codeberg.org/jjba23?tab=repositories . In my opinion, it is very clear, although I am spending time learning more scheme before being able to fully understand it!

Good luck with your journey!

Best regards,
Paul
