That’s painfully likely: Browsers are sunsetting root certificates, so websites have to get certificates from new Root CAs which may not be in the truststore available in time machine: https://wiki.mozilla.org/CA/Root_CA_Lifecycles And the maximum accepted lifetime of certificates themselves has already been reduced to less than a year, so providing the specific certificates will also not work: https://www.certkit.io/blog/47-day-certificate-ultimatum That means all time-machine builds may require grafts to get up-to-date certificates.
