I agree with you - but didn't really mean that. I meant that *most
people* only care what the computer can do for them. Lots of people
might want to build filing systems once they can do it but they won't
care if it's the linux kernel of the HURD kernel.

Of course we know that it's not possible with Linux but it is with
the HURD.
