Note that that is a grammatical error; it actually runs the commands for you.
Run "install ..." should really say Running. This is fixed in post 0.5.94
grub.

Try using dselect and grabbing the obvious ones which should pick up most
of the dependencies. Note that you need to use ftp as you acquisition method
as http does not work at the moment.

It is being worked on. Do not hold your breath.

You could write some code, or just use the screen program. Note that running
remote sessions is the way that most developers do their work as it is not
hard to hang your shell.
