Hi, The license included in libidn2 COPYING is the GPLv3 license, whereas the library seems to be dual LGPLv3+GPLv2 licensed according to: https://gitlab.com/jas/libidn2/commit/17c93028c86ed12599a5a18995ccd25892f5e68e
That most likely would prompt distributors to mark the library as gplv3 (in fact fedora marks it as such), even though it is not.
