GNU make contains a native port to Windows 95, 98, and NT, as well as
DOS, VMS, Amiga and, of course, all UNIX systems.

"Native port" means that you can build it from source on those
platforms. Get the source distribution and follow the directions. In
the case of Windows 95/98/NT, you want to look in the README.W32 file
for information on building GNU make for that platform.

Offhand I'm not aware of any prebuilt binary repositories for NT, but
I'm sure if you look hard enough you'll find some--might be easier to
just compile it yourself, though :)
