Debug File

Hello,

I've been trying to get modules (MIME::Lite) to compile on Cygnus for
Windows.  I get a couple of errors stating I don't have a valid separator.
When I fix that I get -c is not recognized as an internal or external
command.  I'm attaching my debug information.
