I search at the texinfo manual mentions paper size commands like
        @smallbook
        @afourpaper
        @afourlatex
        @afourwide
        @pagesizes
        @pageparams
but does not document @afourlatex, @afourwide and @pageparams.
What are the differences among @afourpaper, @afourwide and
@afourlatex ?

Is there any other undocumented paper size command like
@afivepaper (or the like)? I believe the way to typeset for
other paper sizes is using the @pagesizes command, that controls
the width and height of the *printed area* but does not allow
control of margin sizes. Is there other ways to do it? Is it
possible to set the margin sizes easily?

It would be nice to have it at the command level ...
