When I go to edit.groklokker.heroku.com, I get this message:

  We're sorry, but something went wrong.

  We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it
shortly.

I see a number of apps have had the same issue.  Is this caused by a
specific problem that I can watch out for in the future.  Its great if
you are able to fix it for me, but how do I keep it from happening?  I
think it affected one of my apps before.
