I seem to be getting a 500 error on every app I own :-(

Slightly bizarrely, I even get a 500 when creating and editing a brand
new app (as in, click "New App", see the Rails index page, hit the <<
button, see the Rails "We're sorry but something went wrong" 500
page).

http://edit.untitled-dc29f7.heroku.com/ is a freshly-generated app
which hasn't been touched other than the initial generation, but which
is nonetheless 500-ing like the Bush presidency.

Ivan - can you or one of your many minions figure out how I've managed
to break everything so magnificently? Heroku still rocks, by the way.

Cheers,
CJ
