I have been using heroku for sometime, and want to try the free add ons that heroku offers.
But I am not comfortable with submitting my credit card information unless I am purchasing any paid services. Can the verification process be relaxed and the free add-ons be accessible without submitting any sort of credit card information. Regards, Amir--
