I am trying to deploy an app to Heroku and have been using PG so am pretty excited they use this for a backend. However, I also use some custom functions in the app as well as triggers and these will not install without PLPGSQL installed. I am running a Blossom app right now but don't want to upgrade
If I try to install PLPGSQL through script then I get an error that I'm not the owner of the db. Has anyone gotten the language successfully installed or been able to use functions written in plpgsql?
