My app is crashed since yesterday. The log show "hostname: Unknown host". I believe this is Heroku's problem. However, it's more than a day, it's still not fixed now. It seems odd.
I've submitted a support request. However, according to my experience, Heroku support is slow. Heroku seems like a good service. However, their stability and support staff need quality improvement.
