After the last set of process management issues (http://status.heroku.com), I noticed that everything's back up, except the scheduler set for daily runs is now executing *much* more frequently (like every 10 minutes). I'm also getting 500 Internal Error when I go to see the scheduler's dashboard (though refreshing a couple of times seems to have fixed it).
