I can't really comment on the pricing (although, for what it's worth I think 
it's reasonable), but I can say that the 5Mb is a soft limit, as most of 
Heroku's limits are.

However, I don't know what happens when you start pushing 'soft', I would 
assume you'll get an email or something.
