My app has been working fine on cedar for quite a while. I switched
to the toolbelt and the next time I tried to do a db:push I got the
following failure almost immediately:

Failed to connect to database:
Sequel::AdapterNotFound -> LoadError: no such file to load -- pg

(of course toolbelt wasn't the only change and I wasted tons of time
on red herrings)

When I uninstalled toolbelt and did gem installs of heroku and taps I
was able to db:push again without any trouble.

So...any thoughts about what is different between toolbelt and the
gems to make taps fail like that? I noticed toolbelt was on taps 13
whereas the gem was on 14, but I'm pretty sure I was db:pushing with
the taps gem on 13 last week.

Windows xp box
cedar stack
postgres (pg gem) for both development and heroku
Rails 3.1
Ruby 1.9.2

I did see the notes about using pgbackups to transfer when using
postgres on both sides--and that was next on my list to try after
ditching toolbelt. But on cursory inspection it looking like
transferring from a windows dev box is going to be hasselriffic at
least the first time (special tool to export locally if that tool even
runs on windows, then finding someplace to host the file)
