I've seen a couple related issues (toolbelt not being able to find local gems), but I haven't had luck duplicating this locally. The vendored gems from toolbelt should just get added to the loadpath so that it will get checked first and then system gems will get checked. In the windows case the problem may be that toolbelt has its own ruby (and therefore likely its own gems), so that gemset may not have have taps available to it. Not sure how to best address that, but I'll make myself a note to dig into it a bit more. For the time being I suspect that just continuing to use the gem may be your best bet. wes
