Hi,

  One of my apps is currently write-locked and I'm unable to migrate to a
larger plan. I filed a ticket earlier today, and I stayed patient because I
thought it was moving along. It's not resolved and clearly not going to be
resolved at least until tomorrow morning. Meanwhile, this app is still down
and we are meeting with the client in the morning. I love heroku, but this
is a problem for me.

  Are there no other support options? Is there some inside trick to get a
migration to a larger postgres plan to work when command line currently
fails?

  Also, are there any tools or rake script for early notification when a
database is approaching limits?
