What is a housing structure? There's this whole circle of structural logic that we keep moving around:
Is it basically a waterproof insulated shape that we can live inside of? & if the insulation is strong enough to stand up by itself then it becomes the entire structure? I mean, why build a form to attach the insulation to if you can do without the support form entirely? Thus, strong insulating board that stands up by itself (Thermax). or cardboard that is somehow waterproof, with any of the really nice new insulations over it. or a tent made of the insulation. or an inflated balloon that we can spray crete and insulation on (yes you need a few tools but then you can go around and create a whole village in a week) we knew this in the 1970s but the materials keep getting better and better & now there are billions of people ready for the same solutions, only better, because we are now in the future :) [email protected] --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "hexayurt" group.
