Finally we decided to use double taping of 1'88-wide gorilla tape to cover all the borders around all our "left" triangles for the roof cone, so we save on the 6' wide to have extra on the Playa, just in case. Plus having half of the triangles taped in black allows a quicker identification while handling them.
Jeeze, a yurt is SO tape consuming ! Fortunately half of the tape is as reusable as the yurt itself. Thanks again for the help, and the hexayurt project in general !
