Greetings, A friend of mine used brickstrap, taped in, when the sides were taped for the sill or lintel, and left some poly-iso (8' high walls) at the top, also reinforced with brickstrap. There was also a "tape lip" around the door frame on the side the door doesn't open to, and on the door on the side it does. (So if the door opens inward, the tape lip would be on the outside of the hexayurt, and the inside of the door, and if the door opens outward, the tape lip would be on the inside of the hexayurt, and the outside of the door.) This gave better sealing.
