We put the entire roof together, before we moved it over to the walls.
While we didn't tape the roof sections all that well, it was solid enough
that we were able to move it without too much difficulty, IIRC.
I believe we had 4-5 guys to move the roof and attach it to the walls.
Fewer (3?) when putting the roof together.
If it works, it does seem the 2-piece roof model would be easier to
install and make stable.
