thinking of this idea, you can buy a 5 galoon paint bucket that haas a scre
on lid.  They are used for portable emergency toilets.  Same Concept, Bigger
Opening.

You could cut a furnace filter as an insert, or use inseect screening,
depoending on the circumstance,.
