i would love to see images of the door, if you have them. i plan to upgrade mine next year....

Hey! I was counted! :-) It provided us with great shelter this year and last, as well as for other events. This year I added a solid door on a spring hinge w magnets, which functioned perfectly. Thanks to all of you folks, we have had fantastic, cost effective and trouble free shelter for a few years running! I'm likely retiring my standard one this year and going to a more serious, tubular steel mongolian style yurt for future use, as I really want an actually round structure, but my Hexayurt has served very very well.
