I am sure ordering pre-cut and pre-beveled panels from the factory is even
faster :) but if you don't have access to a table saw with a giant dust
collection system that its owner does not mind clogging with fiberglass
powder, cutting 2" foam with a long guide (which could be nicely
manufactured on a table saw out of a kiln-dried 2x4, no argument there)
and a thin knife (such as a 4" taping knife sharpened on its outer edge)
is actually very quick and produces no dust at all.

Definitely works great for on-the-playa mods too.
