I am putting the finishing touches on my first hexayurt for burning man,
and I have a few questions I'd like some input on.
1. For silver taping the hinges -
1. It it worth taping the inside of the yurt, or just the outside?
2. Does the silver tape bend well? i.e. should I put one piece of
silver tape over a hinge, or place two separate pieces of silver tape
side
by side so that the hinge bends between them?

I need a gap equal to the thickness of the panels, but doesn't suggest a
means of doing this. Julie's

give much clue either, besides saying it is easy. How do you recommend I
create this gap, given that all the panels are taped up at that point?
3. I imagine that they can get quite bright when reflecting sunlight. Is
this a problem on the playa? Do people do anything about this?
