Additional info:

Seems that they 'painted' the Tyvek with a clear acrylic flame retardant. 
It's talked about in the .PDF datasheet.

You can paint normal Tyvek easily.

Amazon, (among many other places) sell a clear fireproofing liquid (says it 
can be mixed with paints):

All you need to do is apply this clear, non-toxic liquid to regular 
Tyvek...and it would become 'fire resistant', just like the factory does it.
I think a clear liquid like this would provide much coverage...and really 
stick to 'paper-like' Tyvek.

You could also spray glue Tyvek to foamboard, decorate the Tyvek, then 
clearcoat with fire retardant.

Many ideas.
