Hi Ryan, For what it's worth, I built two yurts last year with zero previous experience, and they both turned out just fine. I just followed Vinay's instructions carefully, plus some ad hoc modifications that seemed obvious at the time. Our first full assembly was on the Playa, and also no problem at all.
