The battery is too weak, depending on how long you want it to last, for example, if you flatten it, you will only get 7 cycles, if you discharge it 50%, you will get at least dozens if not hundreds of cycles, and if only 25%, thousands. So if you want 8 hours (8x.57=4.56ah), so I'd want a 9ah battery for this (deep cycle, or at least golf cart(and those are usually 6v, so you need two)), and I think you need a bigger panel, you are not going to get anything like 100% efficiency for the whole time the sun is out, perhaps 8h at max output? Also, you need a diode in the panel wiring, or the panel will suck power out of the battery at night (or disconnect it, but then it will not start in the AM automatically), and that will reduce output a little.
Sounds like you need a bigger fan, probably a bigger battery (and it's bad to run them in parallel, if you want more than one, get two 6v, and run in series, but this might not make much of a difference in this circumstance, but don't leave them sitting tied together, they will discharge each other), and at least 2x the solar panel. Next year, I hope to have an RV with 800+ watts of solar, and a 600w DC air conditioner. And 200ah of batteries.
