I thought there were no picture of this, but I just found one! The construction is incredibly quick: drill pin holes in the plastic tub every three inches, and stretch car rags across the tub, with two inches of air space at alternate ends (left end has the gap, then right end, then left end on each baffle.) The air has a long, smooth airflow path over all the baffles, and because they've got surface texture like a towel, the surface area is huge: lots of cooling. The fan is set to pull air through the rig, not push it, and is direct drive from the solar panel. Finally, there's a plastic sheet put over the whole thing before the lid goes one: the suction pulls it tight to the top of the cloth, and won't let the air just take the shortcut over the cloth. Put four inches of water in the bottom and you're good to go. The water gets damn cold and made a pretty good can refrigerator too!
