Apropos which, I bought and used this solar panel <http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00FF1KEMI?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_search_detailpage>. $22, putting out 10W, enough to drive a modest case fan and (if you're building a Home Depot Bucket swamp cooler) a small fountain pump. And it only works when it's needed (i.e., when the sun is out)!
