And did you bother looking at the site? What would be your definition of a serious HG? Why should it have had a trompette/semitone keys? I take it your friend knows nothing about the HG and similar instruments then and less about their history. Nothing like making ignorance public, is there? I found the email quite offensive as the item was described correctly with a link to the maker's website where there is a good description of it and the suitability for music. It may not be a handcrafted work of love, sculpted and formed to your specifications ad the embodiment of years of development but, unless you have played one and found it wanting, I suggest some further research is in order. I take it you think a symphonie is a large music box and not worth the name? I think Vlad was very restrained in his comments.
