Hi, Dennis!
I'd certainly be interested in a Chicago hurdy gurdy gathering.
My biggest potential problem will be scheduling; I have two weddings and
several gigs coming up in September and October.
Best regards,

And you never know who might find something of interest.
So with all this talk of gathering on the East coast, are there people
interested in getting together in the midwest? As it happens, I'm not going to
be able to go to OTW this year, but I'd like to get a gurdy-playing fix.
(What I was doing that took up the time for OTW was pretty cool -- playing pipe
and tabor for the York Mystery Plays. Photos can be found at
http://www.flickr.com/photos/drs1956/tags/yorkmysteryplays. There were, in
fact, at least two members of this list there.)
If there's half a dozen people or so that would be interested in getting together in Chicago (easy transport from all over) sometime this fall, I'll see what I can organize.
Let me know, on or off the list, if you're interested.
