Greetings:   For those Hgers going to Pennsic - I will be teaching a class on Thursday, August 17th at noon entitled This is a Hurdy-Gurdy.  My intent is to give a history of the instrument, talk about buying one, pitfalls of playing one - pretty much the basic stuff people tend to ask you whenever you are playing it.  I would love to have a couple of people help me out here although I can do it by myself if need be - people to talk about their instrument, their music, their experience with the HG.  Anyway,  if you are going to Pennsic and want to help with the class - let me know so we can talk about planning it.
