Ok...I think i've finally got this right (i'm on my fourth try). So here we go.
Hi all, I understand that it's customary to introduce myself when I first join; so, here goes. My name is Michael Gaschler, and I am a high school student in Illinois. I first became interested in the Hurdy Gurdy about one year ago when I was looking into learing the hardanger fiddle (a totally seperate story...). I came across a coupple recordings on Matthew Szostak's hurdy gurdy site. I am still in the market for a hurdy gurdy but I've got my eye on a few makers. If any of you have any suggestions, I'm all ears. So that's my story to this point, but I'm very excited to get a hurdy gurdy and to learn to play. Well, thanks for reading. Yours, Michael Gaschler
