It goes in the same category as the mythical resophonic HG - I suppose it's possible, but there are certain problems with a drum-head with a hole in the center for the wheel.
The other problem is that while the chanter string tension is about the same as a banjo, about ten times more of the string tension is transmitted downward through the bridge.
