If there's room at the NEHGW for interested parties who don't yet have an
instrument, please let me know. I have a partially completed guitar-to-gurdy
conversion per Dennis Havlena's instructions, but poor health interrupted
the efforts of the man who was building it for me (me not having a workshop
available). How soon I'll be able to finish it I have no idea, but I've been
lisstening to and finding out what I can about HG music for some years. I
live in West Virginia, which isn't exactly New England, but it should be
possible for me to get there...thanks very much, Daniel Musick

Greetings all,
I've replied 6 or 7 replies off the list endorsing a New England HG
weekend and a couple of offers to help, so I think this can really happen.
If you are interested or know someone who is, please contact me or forward
the interested person's email to me. I will be putting together an email
list to discuss dates, cost, etc.
We don't have a date yet - I'm thinking sometime in the spring but that
could change as well. Keep the replies coming and hopefully we will get
