Not anywhere I can locate (although the album before this and the one after
have been).
They were released by Osmosys so maybe you could ask them?
I think they are at (if they are still going)
OSMOSYS RECORDS (5 CIRRUS, GLEBE POINT ROAD, HUNTINGDON, CAMBRIDGESHIRE PE18
7DX ENGLAND - TEL. (+44) (0) 1480 436677) ...
That was current in 1999 anyway.
It may be a case of browsing for the album and keeping fingers crossed.

> To all who may be interested in the new Blowzabella Album: It is simply
> terrific - everything a Blowza-Fan might expect is present on this album:
> groovy saxofone- and bagpipe sections, fantastic accordion patterns and
> excellent fiddling, supported by a fat, funky base. And: with the young
> gurdy player Gregory Jolivet they have an extraordinary joker from
Bourges,
> France. I heard that guy live at St.-Chartier and I have to confess that
it
> is really convincing he is able to crank out of his Mousnier alto gurdy.
> Delicate, expressive play of the left hand with much vibrato and bendings
(I
> like that a lot!!!) and some really unconventional virtuosity of the right
> hand playing a trumpet drone out of this world. Jolivet is more than just
a
> replacement for Nigel Eaton. From my point of view the new album
"Ocotmento"
