In which case. I apologise for my response but, alas, so many lists get
complaints that a list doesn't match someone's own level or interest
(disregarding the fact that fact that 99% are happy) that one sometimes
misses the tongue in cheek or the irony. (I have html turned off an didn't
recognise the smiley).
