[HG] Hurdy-gurdy book

Hi all,

A number of you wanted to get the hurdy-gurdy handbook (the one on  
Hungarian HGs) a while back, but I ran out. Balázs Nagy has just put a  
copy online for sale at Ebay:

I'm sure other copies will show up later on, but this is perhaps an  
easier way to get the book from Balázs directly rather than waiting  
for me to get an order and distributing them.
